Cap. 16 ст. 1224Limitation of rescissoryactionin other cases.

In any other case not provided for in the last two preceding articles, the right of action for the rescission of an obligation shall be barred on the expiration of the period of five years from the day on which such right may be exercised, irrespectively of the state or condition of the person to whom such right is competent, saving any other provision of this Code.
