With regard, however, to urban tenements, when the duration of the lease is presumed as provided in article 1532, the contract shall not cease on the expiration of the term unless either of the parties gives notice to the other at least one month before, if the presumed duration of the lease is for one year, or fifteen days before, if such duration is for less than one year.
