Cap. 16 ст. 1578Lessee to demand that loss be ascertained.

In order to obtain the remission or abatement aforesaid, the lessee must, during the time of the ripening of the fruits and before the gathering thereof, demand, by sworn application, that the loss be ascertained; in default of such demand he is debarred from bringing in his claim.
