Cap. 16 ст. 1584Remission or abatement where lease does not exceed one year.

Where the time of the lease does not exceed one year, the lessee shall be equally entitled to a remission or an abatement of the rent, in the event of the happening, during such year, of the circumstances mentioned in article 1577.
