Cap. 16 ст. 1991Setting off of fruits against interest.

The contracting parties may stipulate that the fruits be set off against the interest, in whole or in part, even though the interest agreed upon may thus be exceeded, provided the interest shall not thereby exceed the rate of eight per cent per annum.
