Cap. 16 ст. 2051Assignment may be entered in registry.

(1) The assignee of any debt or other claim secured by a registered privilege or hypothec may demand that the assignment, whether it be in respect of the whole sum or a part thereof, be entered in the registry for the amount so assigned, provided the assignment shall have been made by a public deed.

(2) The aforesaid demand may also be made by any other party interested.
