Cap. 164 ст. 22Proceedings in general.

(1) Disciplinary proceedings shall be regulated according to article 110 of the Constitution.

(2) Where any powers to exercise disciplinary action are delegated in accordance with the provisions of article 110 of the Constitution, the disciplinary board shall, unless otherwise stated in the instrument of delegation, follow the procedures and shall have the powers as mentioned in the following articles of this Title:

Provided that the Commissioner may, in exceptional circumstances including national emergency, give the necessary instructions that may be required to respond to such national emergency in the interests of national security.
