Cap. 168 ст. 11Contributions deemedtobemade in ownership.

Things contributed to the partnership shall be deemed to have been transferred in full ownership, unless the contrary is proved: Provided that, where any of the partners has contributed his own services only, the contributions made by the other partners shall be deemed to have been made in usufruct.
