Cap. 168 ст. 183Application of articles 184 to 187.

The next following four articles shall apply to all partnerships, other than companies, constituted outside Malta and having a legal personality distinct from that of their members (hereinafter referred to as "oversea partnerships") which, after the commencement of this Ordinance, establish a place of business within Malta or which have, before the commencement of this Ordinance, established a place of business within Malta and continue to have a place of business within Malta at the commencement of this Ordinance.
