Cap. 168 ст. 31Death of a partner.

Saving any provision to the contrary in the deed of partnership, in the event of death of one of the partners the surviving partners shall liquidate the deceased partner’s interest in the partnership in favour of his heirs, unless the surviving partners unanimously elect either to dissolve the partnership or to continue the partnership with the heirs, if, in the latter case, such heirs accept.
