Cap. 168 ст. 34Rights of persons ceasing to be partners.

(1) A partner who has been expelled or has otherwise ceased to be a partner shall be entitled to have his interest in the partnership liquidated.

(2) There shall be included in the liquidation of the interest of a partner who has been expelled or who has otherwise ceased to be a partner any profit or loss deriving from business in course of transaction.
