Cap. 220 ст. 123Functions of Attorney General in relation to courts-martial.

Regulations and rules made in pursuance of this Act and regulations made by the Minister by virtue of this article may confer on the Attorney General such functions of considering and reporting on the proceedings of courts-martial and such other functions in relation to such courts as the authority making the regulations or rules may deem proper; and nothing in the foregoing provisions of this Part of this Act shall prejudice the exercise of any such functions.
