For the purposes of the Criminal Code any document issued under this Act entitling a person to any payment under this Act or to any other document entitling a person to any such payment shall be deemed to be a document upon the presentation of which a payment may be obtained within the meaning of article 167 of the said Code, and the provisions of that Code shall apply accordingly.
