Cap. 234 ст. 122Deposit of list of the crew. 

The master shall, every time there are changes in the crew of a Maltese ship, deliver to the Registrar General a list of the crew or a copy thereof:

Provided that the Registrar General may exempt any ship or class of ships from the requirement of this article, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.
