Cap. 234 ст. 204Application of this Part to ships registered in Malta. 

This Part of this Act shall, unless the context or subject matter requires a different application, apply to all sea-going ships registered under this Act, and to the owners, bareboat charterers, masters and crews of such ship, subject as hereinafter provided with respect to -

(a) pleasure yachts, and

(b) fishing boats.
