Cap. 234 ст. 363Registrar-General.

(1) There shall be a Registrar-General of Shipping and Seamen to be appointed by the Authority who shall, subject to the 

provisions of this Act and the Authority for Transport in Malta Act, undertake the general superintendence of all matters relating to merchant shipping and seamen and ensure the carrying into effect of the provisions of this Act.

(2) The Registrar-General may carry out any of the duties, and shall have all the powers which by this Act are to be carried out by, or are conferred on, the registrars.
