Cap. 234 ст. 84VInternational convention certificates of ship bareboat charter registered in foreign registry.

A Maltese ship bareboat charter registered in a foreign registry required to be issued with international convention certificates in terms of an international convention to which Malta is a party shall be issued with such certificates under the authority of the government of the bareboat charter registry:

Provided that where the State of the bareboat charter registry is not a party to such convention the certificate required under such convention may be issued under the authority of the Government of Malta.
