(1) In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires -

''delivery order'' has the same meaning assigned to it by sub-

article 26E;

''ICC crime'' means a crime (other than the crime of aggression) over which the ICC has jurisdiction in accordance with the ICC Treaty the relevant articles of which are reproduced in the First Schedule to the International Criminal Court Act; ''the ICC'' means the International Criminal Court established by the ICC Treaty; ''the ICC Treaty'' means the Statute of the International Criminal Court, done at Rome on the 17th July, 1998; ''the Minister'' means the Minister responsible for Justice.

(2) Words and phrases used in this part and used also in the ICC Treaty shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the said ICC Treaty.
