The arbitrator may be challenged, or shall abstain, from sitting in the Tribunal in any of the circumstances set out in article

734 of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure; and in any such case the provisions of Sub-Title II of Title II of Book Third of that Code shall apply in so far as they are applicable and subject to the other provisions of this Act.
