The licensee of any premises from which cigarettes, cigars, tobacco or tobacco products or smoking requisites are sold, shall ensure that a warning notice acceptable to the Superintendent in respect of wording, format, size and presentation, and indicating the dangers to health of smoking, and that such notice be prominently displayed in the premises so as to attract the attention of customers or other persons on the premises and to be easily seen and read by them.
