Cap. 325 ст. 39Penalty for making incorrect statements, etc.

Any person who without reasonable excuse prepares any incorrect statement or gives any incorrect information in relation to any matter or thing falling under this Act, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) of not less than six hundred and ninety-eight euro and eighty-one cents (698.81) and not exceeding four thousand and six hundred and fifty-eight euro and seventy-five cents (4,658.75).
