Cap. 354 ст. 117Right of action before Constitutional Court.

Notwithstanding any other provision contained in this Act, whereby the decision of the Commission is declared as final and/ or not subject to appeal such provision shall not exclude recourse to the Constitutional Court by any person on an action to invalidate the election, whether in any or in all divisions.
