Cap. 354 ст. 14Appointment of Medical Board.

(1) There shall be a Medical Board to whom shall be referred questions as to whether a person who has applied to be registered as a voter or is already registered is disqualified from being so registered in terms of paragraph (a) of article 58 of the Constitution.

(2) The Medical Board shall consist of a doctor appointed by the Commission, who shall act as chairperson, and a doctor appointed by each of the political parties. The Medical Board shall be deemed to be validly constituted once the chairperson or any one of the members is appointed.
