Procedure relative to abstentions by and challenges to a magistrate, and to the subrogation of and the distribution of duties amongst magistrates shall, apply to Adjudicators. Any mutatis mutandis,

Code of Ethics applicable to Magistrates shall also apply to Adjudicators.
