Cap. 413 ст. 21Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability.
PART VI
(1) There shall be a Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability, which shall be styled "the Commission", and shall be composed of the Commissioner for the Rights of Persons with
Disability, as appointed under article 21A, and a Council for the
Rights of Persons with Disability, which shall be styled "the
Council", as appointed under article 24.
(2) The juridical representation of the Commission shall be vested in the Commissioner.
