Cap. 420 ст. 11Expulsion.

(1) The Minister may order the expulsion from Malta of any refugee or persons granted subsidiary protection on grounds of national security or public order, and pending such expulsion such person shall be held in custody.

(2) The provisions of article 7 shall, apply to mutatis mutandis, expulsion orders issued under this article.

(3) Any refugee to whom this article applies shall be allowed a reasonable period of time within which to seek legal admission into another country.
