(1) Saint Angelo shall enjoy all the privileges and immunities as set out in, and subject to, the Agreement, and the Order and the officers thereof referred to in the Agreement, and their residences, shall enjoy therein all privileges and immunities contained in and referred to in, and subject to, the Agreement, and the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act shall be read and applied as if the privileges and immunities contained or referred to in the Agreement were included in the said Act.

(2) Except as provided in the Agreement, the Courts and Tribunals of Malta shall have full and exclusive jurisdiction at Saint Angelo and Maltese law shall apply. in the Gazette notify the date of exchange of the ratification instruments referred to in subarticle (1).
