Cap. 473 ст. 11Functions of the competent authority.

Save where otherwise provided in any regulations made under this Act, the competent authority shall be responsible for the administration of this Act and for any regulations made thereunder. The competent authority shall also have the function of advising the Minister on the following matters:

(a) the products on which an eco-contribution should be charged and the applicable rate of contribution;

(b) the issue of any regulations under this Act; and

(c) any matter as may be necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act or of any regulations made thereunder. Part V - Powers of the Minister
