(1) The Secretary to the Administrative Review Tribunal shall be responsible for the running of the Registry. The Secretary shall also perform any other duty which may be incumbent upon him or her under this Act or any rules made thereunder.

(2) The duties of the Secretary shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.
