Cap. 575 ст. 27Power of Treasury Department to accept or reject tenders.

The Treasury Department shall have the power, on behalf of and on account of the Government, to accept or reject tenders including non-competitive tenders related to local market issuances or offers that have been submitted including the determination of the cut-off price in an auction.
