(1) The Minister shall manage the financial guarantees of the Government in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Fiscal Responsibility Act.

(2) The ceilings on issuance of Government guarantees shall be based on the medium-term fiscal policy statement for the forthcoming budget year and two further years conditional on the

revenue forecasts and consistent with the fiscal rules.

(3) The ceiling on government guarantees for the forthcoming budget year shall be included in the Budget Measures Implementation Act.
