All beneficiaries benefiting from Government Guarantee shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other law or document, furnish to the Minister, on or before the last day of each month, a report on the status of all of its debts and other liabilities whether guaranteed or not, as at the end of the preceding month.
