Cap. 578 ст. 14Terms of exemption from drugs laws.

(1) Any person acting in accordance with the provisions of this Act or of any regulations or licence issued thereunder shall, for the purposes of the implementation of the provisions of this Act, be exempt from the provisions of the drugs laws insofar as those laws relate to cannabis.

(2) Where a person fails to abide by the provisions of this Act or by any regulations issued thereunder or by the conditions of a licence issued under this Act and the act done by such person constitutes an offence under the drugs laws, the provisions of the drugs laws shall apply.
