Cap. 585 ст. 51Arrangements for safeguards functions in Malta.

The Secretariat shall arrange with other governmental entities, as required, to ensure that any necessary permission(s), including visas, where required, are issued, in an expedited manner, to enable designated inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency to Malta to enter and remain in the territory of Malta for the purpose of carrying out their safeguards functions in accordance with the Safeguards Agreement and any protocols thereto.
