Cap. 590 ст. 18Burden of proof.

The burden of proving -

(a) the person’s qualification to hold a licence or to continue holding a licence; and, or

(b) the determination in terms of the proviso to article 13(1), shall rest at all times on the applicant or the licence holder, as the case may be.
