Where a licence holder wishes to carry on the respective activities in a Member State or EEA State, in exercise of a European right, such right shall be subject to -

(a) a prior notification to the competent authority in accordance with regulations made and rules issued under this Act; and

(b) the laws of that Member State or EEA State.
