Cap. 618 ст. 15Cooperation with the Authority and the Fund in relation to the deposit liability transfer.

The transferring institution shall take any necessary steps to ensure that the deposit liability transfer is effectively completed, including cooperating with the Authority and the Fund throughout the deposit liability transfer process.
