Cap. 625 ст. 11Appropriate action by maritime enforcement officers.

For the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Act, any maritime enforcement officer may, where he has reason to believe that an offence has been committed under this Act and any regulations made hereunder, take any appropriate action necessary.
