Cap. 626 ст. 61Prescription for offences and infringements.

The prosecution of a criminal offence or the initiation of proceedings to impose a sanction under this Act or under any other special law which the Authority is entitled to administer or enforce shall be prescribed by the lapse of four (4) years from the date on which the offence or infringement is alleged to have been committed.
