The competent authority may set up a national electronic database that is publicly accessible through its website and that provides information on qualified entities designated in advance for the purpose of bringing domestic and cross-border representative actions and general information on ongoing and concluded representative actions. When the competent authority sets up an electronic database, it shall notify the Commission of the internet address at which that electronic database is accessible:

Provided that the competent authority shall provide on its website the link to the Commission’s electronic database to allow accessibility to the public.
