S.L. 10.17 ст. 41Validity of licence.

Licences shall be issued by the Commissioner of Police and shall be valid till the 31st December of the year of issue unless previously suspended or revoked for any infringement of these Regulations, or for any alteration made in the building or enclosure without the sanction of the Commissioner of Police.
