S.L. 10.19 ст. 2Carrying on of trade.

It shall not be lawful, except with the special permission of the Commissioner of Police for any licensed hawker or a itinerant vendor to carry on any trade or business at any time during which it would be unlawful to keep a shop open for carrying on that class of trade or business.
