S.L. 10.25 ст. 4Delivery of copies of plans to the Police.

(1) The licensee of a theatre shall, if so required by a notice in writing signed by or on behalf of the Commissioner of

Police, deliver to the Police Station and within the time specified in the notice, an accurate copy of any plan which he is required to display under the provisions of regulation 3.

(2) A notice issued under sub-regulation (1) of this regulation to the licensee of a theatre may be made so as to apply either to performances generally or to performances held or to be held on any particular occasions, and so as to have effect either until the notice is cancelled or during any period specified therein.
