S.L. 10.25 ст. 7Offences and penalties.

Any person who acts in contravention of or fails to comply with any of the provisions of regulations 3, 4 and 5 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine (ammenda)

not exceeding forty-six euros and fifty-nine cents (46.59) for each offence.
