S.L. 10.28 ст. 3Manner of calculating charges.

The charges shown in the First Schedule shall be calculated in the manner set out in the Second Schedule:

Provided that for the purpose of calculating charges on unit loads or unitised cargo, the tonnage shall be calculated on the actual cargo forming the unit load or the unitised cargo and shall be calculated in the manner specified in the Second Schedule:

Provided further that when both the actual weight and measurement in respect of every bill of lading of unit loads or unitised cargo is not recorded in the ship’s manifest or bill of lading, the rates shall be calculated on the overall weight or measurement of the cargo and the trailer or container on which or in which such cargo is loaded.
