The price that may be charged for admission to any sports ground shown in the first column of the Schedule, inclusive of any duty payable thereon under the Value Added Tax Act, in respect of any football match, shall not exceed that shown in respect thereof in the second column of that Schedule: Provided that the Commissioner of Police may authorize in writing an increase of the said prices, or of any of the said prices, either on a regular basis or in respect of special occasions.
