S.L. 10.33 ст. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations -

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Police and includes any officer of the Malta Police Force;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for the Police;

"sports ground" means -

(a) Ta’ Qali National Stadium - Ta’ Qali;

(b) Marsa Sports Ground - Marsa;

(c) Pace Grasso Sports Ground - Paola;

(d) The Marsa Race Club and Race Course - Marsa;

(e) Manoel Island Football Ground - G\ira;

(f) The Hibernians Football Ground - Corradino, Paola;

(g) Sannat Ground - Gozo;

(h) Gozo Stadium; and includes:

(i) The National Pool and University Sports Complex -Tal-Qroqq, Msida;

(j) Former National Pool - Marsascala;

(k) The Basket Ball Pavillion - Ta’ Qali;

(l) The Victor Tedesco Stadium - Hamrun;

(m) Centenary Stadium - Ta’ Qali; and

(n) any other sports ground or pool as the Minister may by order specify.
