S.L. 10.7 ст. 3Additions and reductions.

Any increase in the number of animals, whether by birth or purchase, or any reduction, whether by sale, death or slaughter shall also be reported; all animals sold for slaughter should be considered as slaughtered, and animals which on the days above-stated are not yet one month old may not be taken into account.
