S.L. 10.9 ст. 10Licence to serve wine and beer.

The Commissioner of Police shall have the power to grant licences to keepers of bona fide restaurants to serve wine and beer to customers during meals:

Provided that the Commissioner of Police shall have the power to cancel, at any time in the course of the year, licences granted under this regulation on the ground of non-observance of any of the conditions imposed in the licence or if, in his opinion, the premises are ill-conducted.
