S.L. 104.3 ст. 1Title and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Designated State

Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall come into force on the 1st March, 2004 when these refer to a Member State of the European Union, and on the 1st May, 2004 when these refer to a Member State of the European Economic Area.
